Head office supports your ownership transition with a member retention and new-owner launch campaign, plus ongoing coaching on community events, referral programs and local business partnerships.
Training provided
Comprehensive onboarding covers every aspect of running your studio: operations and membership systems, scheduling, team leadership, financial reporting and community building. You'll complete the brand accreditation program, train in the operating studio before handover, and receive a structured transition alongside the existing team. Ongoing support includes regular coaching, owner forums and system updates. No teaching qualification is required - your experienced instructors deliver the classes.
Skills
No industry qualifications required - full studio training is provided. Ideal owners bring a genuine passion for health, wellness and community; strong people and communication skills; energy for local marketing and member engagement; sound business and financial literacy; and a commitment to being hands-on in the studio. Yoga or Pilates teaching experience is welcome but not essential.
Length of Agreement
The studio operates under a This is Yoga franchise agreement. Incoming owners enter a 5 year franchise term with 5 year renewal options, subject to standard franchisor approval. Premises lease terms will be disclosed during due diligence. Full terms, fees and renewal conditions are set out in the Franchise Disclosure Document, provided in accordance with the Franchising Code of Conduct.
