With more than 35 exclusive studio territories already identified, your mission will be to develop, recruit and support franchise partners across New Zealand over the next five years while creating a highly valuable recurring royalty business. This isn't simply buying a franchise - it's acquiring the rights to build an entire national network.
As National Master Franchise Partner, you will receive exclusive rights to:
• Develop the This is Yoga and This is Pilates brands throughout New Zealand
• Sell over 35 mapped studio territories
• Recruit and support franchise owners
• Earn upfront franchise licence fees on every territory
• Generate long-term recurring royalty income
• Build a substantial enterprise capable of significant future valuation
Your role: establish the New Zealand master franchise business, develop the first flagship studios, recruit exceptional franchise partners, support them to build successful businesses, and grow recurring royalty revenue across the country.

Marketing support
As National Partner you receive the brand's complete marketing engine: national brand development and innovation, franchise recruitment marketing and lead generation support to help you sell territories, launch marketing programs for every new franchisee you appoint, plus the full consumer marketing system - campaigns, creative, social content, membership acquisition funnels and CRM automation - localised for the New Zealand market.
Training provided
Comprehensive initial training with the Australian founding team covers the operating model, franchise recruitment, territory development and studio operations. You'll receive complete operations manuals and franchise systems, site selection and development support for your flagship studios, training programs to deliver to new franchise partners, and ongoing strategic mentoring as you build the national network.
Skills
You do not need to be a yoga or Pilates teacher or come from the wellbeing industry. This opportunity suits someone with experience in business ownership, multi-site operations, franchising, health or wellbeing, property development, executive leadership, or investment and business growth. What matters is your ability to build people, develop businesses and lead a growing national network with passion.
Length of Agreement
The National Master Franchise grants exclusive rights to New Zealand for a 10 year term with 10 year renewal options, with a development schedule targeting 35+ territories over the next five years. Full terms, fees, royalty structure and performance criteria are set out in the Master Franchise Agreement and disclosure documentation. New Zealand's Fair Trading Act applies to all representations; full due diligence materials are provided.
