Marketing support
As Master Franchise Partner you receive the brand's complete marketing engine: national brand development and innovation, franchise recruitment marketing and lead generation support to help you sell territories, launch marketing programs for every new franchisee you appoint, plus the full consumer marketing system - campaigns, creative, social content, membership acquisition funnels and CRM automation - deployed across your network.
Training provided
Comprehensive initial training with the founding team covers the operating model, franchise recruitment, territory development and studio operations. You'll receive complete operations manuals and franchise systems, site selection and studio development support for your flagship and your franchisees' studios, initial and ongoing training programs to deliver to new franchise partners, and continuing mentoring directly from the founders.
Skills
You do not need to be a yoga or Pilates teacher. This opportunity suits an experienced business operator with a background in one or more of: business ownership, multi-site operations, franchising, health and wellbeing, property development, executive leadership, or investment and business growth. What matters most is your ability to build people, develop businesses and lead a growing state network with passion and drive.
Length of Agreement
The Master Franchise Licence grants exclusive rights to Victoria and Tasmania for a 10 year term with 10 year renewal options, with a development schedule targeting the release of 40+ territories over the next 3-5 years. Full terms, fees, royalty structure and performance criteria are set out in the Master Franchise Agreement and Disclosure Document, provided in accordance with the Franchising Code of Conduct.
