Skills
No previous experience is required.
Most people who join Poolwerx have not had direct industry experience. Business experience, drive and organisational skills are advantageous, and an excellent work ethic is essential.
As well as comprehensive training, we provide our new franchise owners with the technology and systems to support their new business, including software, apps, and processes to manage clients and finances and streamline operations.
We also help you with recruitment & staff training as your business expands.
Length of Agreement
Resale opportunities may differ; however, the standard agreement is:
