The business primarily servicing the mining, transport, construction and agriculture sectors. This includes scheduled maintenance, breakdown repairs and specialised mechanical services both on-site and in-house, including a high level of repeat business.

It operates from a fully equipped workshop facility and is supported by a team of mobile field service technicians who attend client sites as required. The owners have focused on building a business centred on technical capability, reliability and strong customer relationships, resulting in a stable and diversified customer base.

An experienced operational workforce is in place, and the Sellers are flexible regarding the transition and willing to meet reasonable handover requirements to assist a smooth transfer of ownership.

The business is supported by established systems and procedures, together with the relevant certifications/accreditations and authorised service arrangements with recognised equipment manufacturers and suppliers.

There remain opportunities for further growth, particularly through increased tender activity, expansion of service offerings and engagement with larger clients.

Revenue has consistently been between approx $13m and $15m per annum. The value of the stock is currently circa $1m, while VP&E have been independently valued at circa $2.5m, plus additional diagnostic equipment of circa $600k.
