The client base is culturally diverse. The Sellers advise that many clients prefer to communicate in Cantonese, with a smaller proportion preferring English and Mandarin, and clients are generally serviced in the language they prefer. Sellers would strongly prefer that the Principal of the purchasing firm speaks Cantonese, and Mandarin if possible.

The Practice is supported and operated by Principals and experienced staff who are transitioning with the Practice. The Sellers are transitioning to retirement, and the Principals are prepared to stay on for a period after settlement to assist with a smooth handover.
