TO SUMMARISE: there are 2 options to choose from:
1. Buy a franchise at $30,000 (incl gst) with a territory of your choice if it's not already taken. This includes training, flights, accommodation in Melbourne, uniforms, stationary, vehicle signage, PL insurance, equipment, products, and more. The vehicle is not included.
You will need a driver's licence, a presentable vehicle, recent police clearance certificate and money for the deposit. Paid for work guarantee at $1,500 a week. Vendor financing available.
2. Buy a franchise with clients from $39,000 (incl gst) with an existing territory (different ones available). Everything above is also included in this package. Additional to the price is a list of clients worth around $1000 income a week. So, this secures instant cash-flow and is well worth considering.

Training provided
Our franchise package includes 5 days induction training in Melbourne (flights, training & accommodations included in package), where you learn everything you need to know about being a 'JIM'. You will meet Jim Penman himself. If you want to know how to run a successful business, then listen closely to the man who has built one of the biggest franchise systems in the world and the ethos behind how he has done it.
We also include 5 days of practical training to learn all things cleaning, quoting, customer service, etc.
Skills
No qualifications are needed to start a franchise with Jim's Cleaning.
Friendly people with good work ethics, ability to communicate with clients and proud of their work will enjoy this business. If you have an eye for detail, like to organise time and schedules and like flexibility, you have found the right match for you. We can teach and practice these skills by working with other great franchisees.
Some franchise owners choose to do additional training in specialty areas such as forensic and trauma cleaning but this is entirely optional.
Length of Agreement
Our franchise agreements are for a 20 year period which is renewable at no cost.
At any time franchise owners can choose to sell their business. Your franchisor can advise and help during this stage.
You are not bound by the agreement. You can sell a part of your business at anytime and grow it again for a cash injection (eg holiday or caravan) or you can sell the whole business whenever you want to.
