A Jim’s Blind Cleaning & Repair business is a Franchise. This means that while you own your own business, you will also receive the support from Jim’s Group to guide you on how to do things. You will be joining a team of like minded people who you can learn from & share ideas with. Marketing support is provided as follows:
1. Jim’s Group markets the Jim's Brand at a National level.
2. A WA based Franchisor (Alkimos) markets your business at the State level.
3. You will be required to market your business at the Territory level.
Advertising may include online advertising such as Google & Facebook, Yellow Pages, paper based flyers, Radio & TV.
Training provided
The Jim's comprehensive training package:
• Jim's Group Induction Training (3 days)
• Jim's Group Division Induction Training (1 day)
• On the Road training (5 days)
• Basic Business Mentorship (13 weeks)
• Ongoing Training & Support provided by a Perth based Blinds Wholesaler.
Skills
Jim's Blind & Repairs Cleaning are looking for Franchisees with the following attributes:
• Great communicator.
• Self motivated.
• Honest, punctual & reliable.
• Great work ethic.
• You must be able to pass a National Police Clearance.
• Being a little OCD about cleaning will benefit you greatly in this industry!
No previous Blind Cleaning or Business experience is required (we will train you!).
Length of Agreement
Your Franchise will come with:
• A 10 year initial contract agreement.
• A 10 year option to further extend your initial contract (no additional charge).
You have the option to:
• sell your business at any time.
• close your business at any time.
• transfer your business to a different division within Jim’s.
