TO SUMMARISE: there are 2 options on offer:
1. Buy a franchise at $27,000 (gst incl) with a territory of your choice if it's not already taken. This includes training, accommodation & meals in Melbourne. It does not include flights. It includes uniforms, stationary, vehicle signage, PL insurance, equipment & products. A vehicle is not included.
You will need a driver's licence, a presentable vehicle, recent police clearance certificate and money for the deposit. Have a buffer of $700-$1000. Paid for work guarantee is $1,500 a week.
2. Buy a franchise with clients from $35,000 and up, depending on the value of the client list. We currently only have 1-2 available in the central areas of the Sunshine Coast. Everything mentioned above point 1 is also included in this package. Additional to the price is a list of clients worth $1,800+ of income a week. Meaning you'll have immediate work and instant cash-flow. Well worth considering while offer lasts.

Training provided

- 5+ days of practical training on the road (talk to clients, quoting & jobs) and in the office (scheduling, programs & finance).

Skills
No qualifications are needed to start a franchise with Jim's Cleaning.
Friendly people with good work ethics, ability to communicate with clients and proud of their work will enjoy this business. If you have an eye for detail, like to organise time and schedules and like flexibility, you have found the right match for you. We can teach and practice these skills by working with other great franchisees.
Some franchise owners choose to do additional training in specialty areas such as forensic and trauma cleaning but this is entirely optional.
Length of Agreement
Our franchise agreements are for a 20 year period which is renewable at no cost. You can leave at any time or sell it or sell a part of it at any time and make good money from it.
At any time franchise owners can choose to sell their business. Your franchisor can advise and help during this stage.
You can sell a part of your business at anytime and grow it again for a cash injection (eg holiday or caravan) or you can sell the whole business whenever you want to.
