Marketing support
The national marketing campaigns and activities ensure the brand is promoted on a national level to increase brand awareness and overall traffic to stores. Regional activity promotes the stores within the region with specific messages and activities specifically target to the region. Local area marketing is specific to the store and their territory. There is a dedicated Local Area Marketing Executive committed in providing support to Franchise Partners and assist them in growing their business through local marketing initiatives.
Training provided
Candidates will be given a six week comprehensive training program that covers all areas necessary to ensure you are ready to run and operate your store.
The training is comprised of a two week formal induction with the Battery World Support Office and four weeks in-store training so you can get hands on experience understanding the day in the life of a Battery Expert. Along with a mentoring program, quarterly regional meeting, a national conference and ongoing support in all business areas.
Skills
We are looking for candidate who have a passion for customer service, building and growing their business and servicing their local communities. A candidate with a positive can-do attitude and desire to be a part of a network of like-minded individuals. While battery knowledge will be learnt, a passion for related interests of auto, 4 x4, camping, boating, motorcycle, or other power solutions is highly valued.

Battery World is a franchise network owned by Century Yuasa Batteries, Australia’s largest battery manufacturer. Stocking over 15,000 products from AAA batteries to truck batteries. We’re the local Battery Experts in Auto, 4X4, Camping, Motorbike, Marine and the Home.
We pride ourselves on offering customers additional services including delivery, click and collect, raodside battery assist, battery fitting, health checks and recycling. Our Locally manufactured product differentiates us from competitors.
