This is an exciting opportunity to establish a new Burger Urge venue in Richlands, within the new HomeCo development anchored by a Coles supermarket. We are seeking the right Franchise Partner to lead the venue from day one and build a strong, locally connected business. This greenfield opportunity suits a hands-on owner-operator ready to launch, lead, and grow with the support of proven systems and a recognised national brand.
The proposed site forms part of a high-quality retail development designed to attract consistent daily traffic, benefiting from a major supermarket anchor and strong exposure to surrounding residential catchments. The location provides an excellent platform for reliable daytime trade, evening dining, and repeat local customers.

Marketing support
Marketing contributions received from all Franchise Partners are used to fund national brand building and promotional campaigns. This covers brand marketing, local area marketing support, point of purchase materials, integrated marketing campaigns, public and media relations and new product innovation. Burger Urge provides its Franchise Partners the opportunity to apply their marketing contributions for Local Area Marketing initiatives such as sport club sponsorships, out of home advertisements and targeted digital offers.
Training provided
Prior to settlement, Franchise Partners complete our comprehensive 8-week Management Training Program. This program is designed to prepare partners for ownership and covers professionally developed systems and procedures across operations, food safety, people management, financial control, compliance, and local marketing. It ensures each Franchise Partner has the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to operate a successful Burger Urge business from day one.
Skills
Previous food industry experience is not essential. What is critical is a full-time commitment to actively lead and operate your Burger Urge business. Franchise Partners are expected to be hands-on and accountable. Our operations team provides structured, ongoing training, coaching, and performance support for Franchise Partners, managers, and staff, reinforcing operational standards, financial discipline, compliance, and continuous improvement across the business.
