We are an establishing business. The Office will be established in Sydney within 3 months of operation, and will service all of Australia and then move to an international sales proceedure. Staff have the flexibility to work from home.

Our Potential is exponential. We have no direct Cost of Goods Sold as we are a software supplier unlike other product based companies and paid off. Hours
Ongoing, 5-7 days a week. Self Sign-ups of Master Licence Holders of the web and mobile app will be set up for all.
Lease
No lease as yet. Plans to hold an AUstralia and US Office at least is the first 6 months plan.

The rate of increasing staff be 10, to employee 10 in the first 3 months needing a Multi-National Director. 24hr Call Centre to be established in Australia for Support and Customer base creation for Bulk email sales contact and sign up.
Reason for Sale
The reason for sale is to maximise potential at start-up. The director has the funding for the web and mobile application but requires to hire staff on a semi-commission based salary, pay for additional upgrades, legals, office establishment, and web based videos for the online training module schedualled to develop. We have a set customer base which are the Master Licence Holders of the Security Industry. We plan on rolling out our Business Internationally immediately.
About the Business
The business has been established by founder Michelle Kriz, who has 15 years of payroll and time management, Awards management, staff management, business acquisitions management, software design and management, together with 5 years of Security Officer experience. She is a Licenced Security Officer herself and has found the missing keys to the Security Officers daily Job. The web and mobile application is designed to manage the Security Officers daily tasks, licencing, and shifts. It has Geo-Tracking and report writing to the fine detail of the Security Industry Act and provides statistical data that is useful for management at all levels. The system is desinged to be supportive and very affordable. It has many features that are listed in the full spec of the application that creates a hard-working and reliable asset to the Security Industry and to all involved.
Our Sales drive will be notifying National and State Leaders about our product, using the public Licencing registers to generate our sales process and following up on those that have not signed up. We estimate that each country except the US, India, China, Russia and Brazil to be complete within a year once we apply our teams to the country, however any Master Licence Holder can sign up at their time. A training and sample database for trial will be established and support is offered at the 24hours main call centre establishment.
We have some additional products that will link to the Web APplication such as a CRM and Sales commission process linking and verifying Master Licence Holders at signup. There will also be asset such as a mini bluetooth camera that links to the Mobile App available in phase 2 development as well as a heart beat monitor in phase 3 for the Defense Industry.
Our plans have huge potential and with the right Investors and Management Team, we look at revuenue earning of around $12-$30million per year.
