Schnitz is expanding, and we are seeking a motivated Franchise Partner to bring our famous hand-crumbed schnitzels to Stockland Wetherill Park. This high-density, high-traffic centre offers strong footfall, diverse demographics, and an ideal environment for a thriving hospitality business.
Marketing support
A comprehensive promotional calendar helps drive sales and highlights our core products to maximise cross-selling opportunities and grow our customer base. This is supplemented by seasonal promotions and new product launches throughout the year. The introduction of our loyalty program allows us to target marketing campaigns to our already extensive customer base and continue to grow this via direct communications and personalised offers.
Training provided
We have a full 6 week training program that will prepare you for not just making the best schnitzels but running the best schnitzel team & restaurant.
Skills
Schnitz franchise partners are brand ambassadors, their actions and those of their team reflect the brand. Experience in the food industry is not a requirement for becoming a Schnitz franchise partner, but a customer centric mindset is a must.
