Are you ready to bring the "Home of the Schnitzel" to one of Perth’s most dynamic retail and education precincts? Schnitz is looking for a passionate, hands-on Franchise Partner to spearhead our expansion into Joondalup.
About the Opportunity
Joondalup is designated as a Primary Urban Centre for Perth’s north. With planned residential density increases and the continued expansion of the Joondalup Health Precinct, the customer base is projected to grow by 15% over the next five years. A proactive owner-operator can further capitalize on this via:
Local Area Marketing: Partnerships with ECU student guilds and local sports clubs.
Catering: High demand for office and hospital catering in the immediate area.
Delivery Hub: Strategic location for UberEats/DoorDash servicing the northern suburbs.
Marketing support
A comprehensive promotional calendar helps drive sales and highlights our core products to maximise cross-selling opportunities and grow our customer base. This is supplemented by seasonal promotions and new product launches throughout the year. The introduction of our loyalty program allows us to target marketing campaigns to our already extensive customer base and continue to grow this via direct communications and personalised offers.

We have a full 6 week training program that will prepare you for not just making the best schnitzels but running the best schnitzel team & restaurant.
Skills
Schnitz franchise partners are brand ambassadors, their actions and those of their team reflect the brand. Experience in the food industry is not a requirement for becoming a Schnitz franchise partner, but a customer centric mindset is a must.
