Training provided
Candidates will be given a six week comprehensive training program that covers all areas necessary to ensure you are ready to run and operate your store.
The training is comprised of a two week formal induction with the Battery World Support Office and four weeks in-store training so you can get hands on experience understanding the day in the life of a Battery Expert. Along with a mentoring program, quarterly regional meeting, a national conference and ongoing support in all business areas.
Skills
We are looking for candidate who have a passion for customer service, building and growing their business and servicing their local communities. A candidate with a positive can-do attitude and desire to be a part of a network of like-minded individuals. While battery knowledge will be learnt, a passion for related interests of auto, 4 x4, camping, boating, motorcycle, or other power solutions is highly valued.
