Every session is personalised and professional, led by our Certified Flexologists™ with backgrounds including personal training, massage, physical therapy, and other health and wellness disciplines. Whether one-on-one or in small group formats, StretchLab delivers safe, targeted, and highly effective stretching designed to improve flexibility, increase range of motion, reduce muscle tension, and support recovery for every body.

Using our innovative MAPs technology to assess how your body is moving, sessions are tailored to each member’s goals and adapt as their mobility and lifestyle evolve—creating lasting results and a motivating experience that keeps members coming back.

History
Founded in 2015 in Venice, California, StretchLab was created to help people move better and live healthier. From three studios in Los Angeles, it quickly grew into the leading assisted stretching brand, welcoming all ages and fitness levels to experience improved mobility, recovery, and wellbeing. In 2021, Boutique Fitness Studios acquired the master franchise rights from Xponential Fitness, bringing StretchLab to Australia and New Zealand, with 20+ studios now open nationwide.
