Partnership Opportunity – Indoor Playcentre & Café (Melbourne)
We are seeking an experienced hospitality/operator partner to join us in the renovation and repositioning of our established 1,000sqm indoor playcentre, featuring a full café, commercial kitchen, and 5 party rooms.
The venue is well set up with strong foundations and presents a clear opportunity to be transformed into a modern, high-quality destination. A planned capital upgrade (~$250k–$300k) would significantly enhance the offering and position the business competitively against new sites.
Our preference is to work with the right partner on this next phase; however, we are open to all structures, including joint venture or potential acquisition for the right operator.
