We have running entertainment venues for almost 40 years. We currently have 2 venues but are going down to one as we're in our 60's with health problems. Our other venue is 28klms away and nearer to the area we may retire to.

IMPORTANT - We are not selling the business name as we will continue to operate under our name in our other venue. You are only buying the fixtures and fittings, leasing a venue with a preapproved permit and having the benefit of operating out of a venue that has been running for 15 years as a private party venue.
We spent 6 months waiting for a permit to be able to operate as a party room in a tilt slab factory. Knox City Shopping Centre is 5 minutes away
It takes 6 months to get the "Place of Assembly" permit to allow you to run parties. You have to sign a lease and pay rent whilst not operating too.
This venue has run for 15 years on Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4pm with parties starting at $800 for 1.5 hours.
The room has professional sound and lighting , big screen projectors, 5 sources of music, 6 cordless mics, a Photo Booth, Craft area and Face Painting Stations. Heating, Cooling, Kitchen with 2 ovens, and 2 separate sinks for health regulations.
History
We've been involved in light entertainment for almost 40 years. This the 9th venue we have set up and the room was designed so we can arrive an hour before the first guests and be ready to go. We do not go to the venue during the week but just take bookings and organise everything from home or whereever we are.
