Many LTYB studio's have strong profit levels, close to 200 members per month, constant lead flow and high retention. The Network average in last month’s reporting was 95%+ month on month weekly membership retention.

Top performing LTYB Studios have 220+ members per month and execute 450+ workouts per week.

Marketing support

Marketing a fitness business locally is critical for growth and success.

We have a National Marketing Plan (NMP) and you have a Local Area Marketing plan (LAMP).
The LAMP will be the most successful due to the direct cut through to the local community.

We partner with an Agency to run direct ad campaigns via Social media to drive leads.

As well as these campaigns, you will have multiple other ways to get leads and market your brand which we customise through the Franchise Induction program and ongoing.

Training provided

Learning, understanding and following LTYB tried, tested and proven systems and processes is the absolute key for success.

It starts with delivery of a dedicated LTYB Franchise Induction Program.

We then execute post open cross checks and further training.
