About the Opportunity

LTYB recruit 3 types of owners:

1. Motivated Personal Trainers who want to step up and own a Fitness studio.
2. Business minded people with a passion for Fitness.
3. Ambitious Business minded people with business plans to own multiple territories.

All 3 models are proven.

LTYB stand out in a crowded market as we offer an individualised approach to training which attracts the inactive market. Many LTYB studios have been high performers through saturated markets. We attract the 45+ market who will not join a gym and won't keep up in mass group circuit studios.

As a Franchisee, you receive support in all areas of the business including site selection, lease negotiations, project management, bulk discounts from preferred suppliers, elite sales training proven with 10,000+ sign ups, elite programming content, staff recruitment, business management and anything else requried to get you profitable.

LTYB studio's have strong profit levels, close to 200 members per month, constant lead flow and high retention. The Network average in last month’s reporting was 98.9% month on month weekly membership retention.

Top performing LTYB Studios have 220+ members per month and execute 450+ workouts per week.

The average studio costs approx. $120K-$160K to set up, approximately $250K a year to run and many studios hit $400K per year with multiple between $450K-$500K and 2 in the $500K club for a GP of close to $275K.

Marketing support

Marketing a fitness business locally is critical for growth and success.

We have a National Marketing Plan (NMP) and you have a Local Area Marketing plan (LAMP).
The LAMP will be the most successful due to the direct cut through to the local community.

We partner with an Agency to run direct ad campaigns via Social media to drive leads.

As well as these campaigns, you will have multiple other ways to get leads and market your brand which we customise through the Franchise Induction program and ongoing.

Training provided

Learning, understanding and following LTYB tried, tested and proven systems and processes is the absolute key for success.

It starts with delivery of a dedicated LTYB Franchise Induction Program.

We then execute post open cross checks and further training.

Ongoing:

- 20 Network Training and development sessions per year
- Onsite 4 times per year
- Ongoing education updates
- Weekly news and education
- Individualised training plans
- National Annual Conference

Education and training never stops.

There are 4 success drivers at LTYB. The greater the skills in these areas, the greater chance of success.

Most owners will be good at 3-4 of these drivers, however, the key is to have people in the right roles to strengthen these 4 drivers.

Owners don't need to be a trainer, however, they must learn how to train the team.

Through LTYB systems, processes and training, we train up owners to deliver in these 4 areas.

2004- Ben has 4 trainers and launches the brand Listen To Your Body.
2007- LTYB has 17 staff, 5 divisions and an exclusive contract out of a 6000 member gym.
2008- The brand re-models to an industry first Group Personalised training model.
2008- The first studio opens in Strathmore, Victoria.
2012- After 3 years of testing and epic performance, the brand Franchised.
2024- 23 Franchises, HQ Studio, close to 80 staff, thousands of members and growing.
