Established NDIS provider generating $1.08M FY26 revenue with 18–20 participants, experienced management, approx. 20 staff and significant growth potential. Share sale opportunity.
An excellent opportunity to acquire an established and operational NDIS registered provider in Sydney, generating approximately $1.084 million in FY2026 revenue.
The business supports approximately 18–20 active participants and has built a strong mix of long-term and newer participant relationships. Participant churn has historically been low, providing an established foundation for a purchaser looking to enter the NDIS sector or an existing provider seeking further expansion.
Services are predominantly delivered across Core Supports, with revenue primarily generated through Community Access, Intensive & Complex Behaviour/Daily Supports, STA/Respite, transport and group activities.
A key attraction of this opportunity is the established operational structure. The business has approximately 20 staff, predominantly casual support workers, together with an experienced management team responsible for day-to-day operations, rostering, staff matters, participant management and service delivery coordination.
The current owners spend approximately four hours per week in the business, primarily providing director-level, financial, compliance and strategic oversight. They do not routinely deliver participant supports, with participant relationships managed across the broader management and support team.
The provider holds a broad NDIS registration across multiple registration groups, including Supported Independent Living (0138). SIL services are not currently being delivered, providing potential for a purchaser to expand into this area in the future.
Further growth opportunities exist through increasing utilisation within the existing participant base, expanding Capacity Building services through recruitment of appropriate specialist staff, rebuilding STA/respite utilisation, developing group programs, geographic expansion and future SIL services as participant needs evolve.
The existing workforce and management team are intended to remain following the sale, subject to the purchaser's ongoing employment arrangements, and the vendors are offering a four-week handover period to assist with a smooth transition.
The business is being offered via a share sale for $325,000.
Further financial, operational and compliance information is available to qualified purchasers following execution of a Confidentiality Agreement.
