In FY26, the business generated approx$900K in revenue. There is clear opportunity for a new owner to optimise efficiencies, review fee structuresand improve margins. With systems already in place and a consistent referral pipeline, the foundations are strong for future growth.

The practice offers specialised services that differentiate it in the market, particularly trauma-focused therapy including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), as well as support for perinatal clients (mothers and infants) and paediatric care. Currently, these niche services are primarily delivered by the vendor clinicians, who are actively working to upskill the broader team to ensure continuity and scalability. This creates a valuable opportunity for a buyer to expand these high-demand services across multiple practitioners.

When the vendors spoke to the propertymanager in 2025, they were informed that the lease is transferableand the new owner would negotiate the new lease after the current 5x yr option.
