TRAINING

We offer both in-person and online training to our franchise owners to equip them for success.

All new franchise owners are invited to our national head office in Melbourne for an in-depth, in-person induction program with our experienced Executive Team. The program features detailed training sessions on credit, compliance, social media, lead generation, and our software systems, as well as an introduction to MoneyQuest’s policies and procedures. 

Our proprietary online learning portal - ‘eAcademy’ - consists of professional development and training courses that our brokers can access at any time for on-the-job training. The modules cover everything from finance and compliance information, through to business management, software navigation and lead conversion.

TEAM CULTURE AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
