Marketing support

We launch a personalised pre-opening campaign in your territory to build fast visibility and early momentum. A high-engagement giveaway builds your first customer base before day one.
Ongoing, you benefit from national marketing, digital campaigns and proven local strategies that keep work flowing.
Additionally, you have a fully transparent CRM which you can use for outreach to new and existing clients. This is also your tool to work closely with your dedicated BDM to pursue B2B opportunities within your territory

Training provided

Our business model isn’t something you pick up overnight, so we take you through a focused 7-day training program in Perth covering everything you need to run the operation properly. This includes practical training within the founding business.

You’ll learn daily business operations, Xero fundamentals, admin processes, cash management, local area marketing planning and how to recruit plumbers.

Training includes a mix of e-learning, practical sessions and hands-on technical exposure so you leave confident and capable

Skills

Success in this model comes from hunger, drive and a genuine desire to build something big.
You’ll need strong people-management skills and the ability to look at your business from the outside and make tactical decisions based on your P&L.
This is a high-energy, high-reward operation that suits confident operators who can take charge, make decisions and manage a fast-moving business.

You must be disciplined, structured and capable of following a proven model while leading your team to deliver consistent results.

Length of Agreement

The initial franchise term is 5 years, with the intention of building a long-term partnership well beyond that.
As long as both sides are meeting expectations, you can continue operating without an arbitrary “end date”
