St George & North Shore
85% of clients are located in the St George region. Within 7km of Mortdale.
Remaining 15% are in the North Shore Region due to a potential expansion. Still many leads flowing from there that we don't have capacity to service. Can be sold off.
This business has had a strong growth trajectory and with the right strategies could soon reach over $1m in annual revenue.
The business boasts the most 5 star reviews of any lawn mowing service within 10km of Mortdale, making it the first place homeowners and commerical managers look to for a quote.
Currently the business is supply constrained, meaning there is too much work to handle which has resulted in us rejecting potential clients. The right buyer could capitalise on this excess demand, turning it into $$$.
The founder had no prior skills in lawn mowing & maintenance before starting the business 3.5 years ago.

I am reluctantly selling the business as I am transitioning into a career in financial planning.
I started the business during my finance degree which I have since completed. I have a passion for personal finance and have been offered a role at a financial planning firm.
I want to focus 100% on financial planning, hence wanting to sell the business rather than running it while working a full time. An extremely hard decision to make, especially as the business is on an upward trajectory.
