About the Opportunity
As a Master Franchisee, you will be positioned to establish and grow a network of company-operated branches, sub-franchise locations, airport service points, local rental hubs and fleet partnerships. The OCR model is especially suited to high-demand transport corridors, including airports, tourism regions, CBDs, coastal destinations, industrial areas, insurance-replacement markets and suburban transport hubs.
For the right Master Franchisee, this creates a platform for multiple income streams, including sub-franchise royalties, daily rentals, weekly rentals, long-term hire, flexible vehicle packages, corporate accounts and specialist accessible-vehicle hire.
Marketing support
• Support with digital marketing, including your website, social media, and online bookings
• Customer loyalty programs to help encourage repeat business
• Advertising support across TV, radio, newspapers, outdoor signage, and print materials
• In-store promotions to help drive local sales and enquiries
• Local area marketing support to help you connect with customers in your community
• Support with introducing new products and services

Training provided
New franchise partners complete a full induction process, including hands-on training at OCR for up to eight weeks, or until they are deemed competent. This training is designed to provide practical experience across all key areas of the business.
Franchisees then receive access to all OCR platforms, systems and operational tools, along with marketing support tailored to their selected area. This ensures each franchise partner launches with strong brand backing, structured guidance and localised growth support.
