Suitable candidates are then invited to attend weekly webinar sessions with founder Nick, providing direct insight into how OCR operates, the values behind the brand and the expectations of franchise ownership.

Franchise candidates will also participate in weekly webinar sessions with OCR Management, covering operations, customer service, systems, compliance, marketing and day-to-day business requirements.

Once approved, new franchise partners complete a full induction process, including hands-on training at OCR for up to eight weeks, or until they are deemed competent. This training is designed to provide practical experience across all key areas of the business.

Franchisees receive access to all OCR platforms, systems and operational tools, along with marketing support tailored to their selected area. This ensures each franchise partner launches with strong brand backing, structured guidance and localised growth support.
