About the Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for a Stellarossa Cafe in a brand new retail complex in Townsville.

The development is located within the epicentre of Stocklands' master planned community 'North Shore', neighboured by the Woolworths anchored North Shore Marketplace, Bunnings Warehouse, McDonalds and other national retail tenants.

Stellarossa will join national operators including a pet business, discount retailer, tyre and auto mechanic and childcare centre.

The Stellarossa opportunity in question is store T3A, highlighted in yellow in the picture.

The centre boasts 177 on-grade car parks and has another 15 years to completion, doubling in size, ensuring growth for nearly two decades. 100 metres from North Shore Market Place; a Woolworths anchored neighbourhood centre with 19 specialty tenants and adjacent to Bunnings, McDonalds and a newly completed 7/Eleven with Hungry Jacks.

North Shore Town Centre is projected to service a population of approx 60,000 people, with an annual growth rate of 4.85% (3 times the QLD average). -

Training provided

Stellarossa offers extensive training to ensure you have all the skills to build up the perfect café operation. New staff, even with industry experience, are trained in the ‘Stellarossa’ way.
Training for new Franchisees commences at Stellarossa HQ in Brisbane for 1 week, followed with practical training in our corporate store for 1 week to get real hands on experience, and then our highly skilled Operations Team support you and your new team in your new café until you’re settled in.

Skills

Industry or small business experience is not essential, but helpful. An outgoing and friendly personality, and a willingness to learn, is a must - we can teach you the rest!
