Training provided
Stellarossa offers extensive training to ensure you have all the skills to build up the perfect café operation. New staff, even with industry experience, are trained in the ‘Stellarossa’ way.
Training for new Franchisees commences at Stellarossa HQ in Brisbane for 2 weeks and then our highly skilled Operations Team support you and your new team in your new café until you’re settled in.
Skills
Industry or small business experience is not essential, but helpful. An outgoing and friendly personality, and a willingness to learn, is a must - we can teach you the rest!

Over time it has strategically evolved to also cater for larger format cafes in suburban locations, and more recently to also include high-traffic drive thru cafes. Regardless of the style of café, the core focus has always been on consistent, high quality food and beverages, served with a friendly smile in a welcoming atmosphere.
