Close by, Freedom and BP service stations are already open for trade, and the construction of a new dental clinic has commenced. This area was already busy but it will soon be a hive of activity and we want our Stellarossa right in the midle of it, showing Hervey Bay what really good coffee is!
This will be a quick-service drive thru cafe with a quality food and beverage offer, as well as a premium dine-in and takeaway cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. 7 day trade with an early morning start will work best here to capture a market looking for good coffee and a healthy, hearty and fast breakfast and lunch offer. Down the track a savvy operator may consider branching into dinner, catering, events and pop-up nights too.

Training for new Franchisees commences at Stellarossa HQ in Brisbane for 2 weeks and then our highly skilled Operations Team support you and your new team in your new café until you’re settled in.

Industry or small business experience is not essential, but helpful. An outgoing and friendly personality, and a willingness to learn, is a must - we can teach you the rest!
