Training provided
New Sushi Sushi Franchise Partners complete a five-week interactive training program in Melbourne prior to operating a Sushi Sushi business. In addition to this two-weeks of instore support is provided to help you maximise the opportunity!
Skills
The Sushi Sushi Franchising team seek dedicated individuals who are enthusiastic about sushi! We’re in search of candidates who are passionate, enjoy building and motivating teams and can provide extraordinary customer service. You do not need to have any prior food experience, our training program will make you a sushi master!

Back in 1998 we opened our first store in Box Hill, Victoria with aspirations to change how Australians eat sushi. Our dream was to take it from high-end Japanese restaurants and make it a fresh, healthy on the go meal available for everyone to enjoy.
We’re the sushi pioneers of Australia having first introduced Aussie's to the sushi hand roll over 25 years ago and that’s a lot to be proud of! So successful was the venture, we now boast 170+ locations across Australia and New Zealand.
