Our dream was to take it from high-end Japanese restaurants and make it a convenient, fresh and healthy meal on the go available for everyone to enjoy.

FLEXIBLE STORE MODEL

We know one size doesn’t fit all, so we’ve developed a flexible store model, which means we can adapt to any location from a small footprint kiosk through to a large inline store. With this flexibility we can work with you and your budget to find you the perfect solution. We’ll collaborate with you to unlock best location, store format and determine whether an existing store or new build is best for you.

COMPREHENSIVE ONBOARDING AND TRAINING

We welcome our new franchisees with a broad onboarding program, led by our Learning and Development team. This includes Support Office immersion days, hands-on instore experience and 1:1 training on front of house operations and back of house management. You’ll also be provided with full recruitment support and new staff training programs.
