About the Opportunity
LTYB recruit 3 types of owners.
1. Motivated Personal Trainers who want to step up and own a Fitness studio.
2. Business minded people with a passion for Fitness.
3. Ambitious Business minded people with business plans to own multiple studios.
All 3 models are proven.
LTYB stand out in a crowded market as we offer an individualised approach to training which attracts the inactive market. Many LTYB studios have been high performers through saturated markets. We attract the 45+ market who will not join a gym and won't keep up in mass group circuit studios.
As a LTYB Franchise owner, you have access to world class programming via our sophisticated tech, proven sales systems tens of thousands of times over, elite marketing to generate high volumes of leads, the support of the Head Office on hundreds of systems and process to run your business and a dedicated Business Management team in your corner to help you achieve your busines targets.
A standard LTYB studio has strong profit levels, close to 200 members per month, constant lead flow and high retention. The Network average in last month’s reporting was 98.9% month on month weekly membership retention.
Top 5 ranked LTYB Studios have 250+ members per month and execute 500+ workouts per week.
The average studio costs approx. $120K-$160K to set up, approximately $250K a year to run and many studios hit $400K per year with multiple between $450K-$500K and 2 in the $500K club for a GP of close to $275K.

Listen To Your Body Owners have all the resources to drive leads to your studio through your LAMP (local area marketing plan) and LTYBHQ NMP. (National Marketing Plan)
LTYB generate tens of thousands of leads a year through multiple strategies/campaigns, however the systems to nurture leads, our sales process and training support to execute has been refined for years. Franchise owners have the tools to have an elite sales and marketing game.

LTYB have developed many training tools over the years to provide the best opportunity for success.
Your learning journey starts off with our comprehensive Franchisee Induction Program which gives you all the confidence you need to open successfully.
However, as a Franchise Brand, we have training and education weekly, quarterly site visits, monthly educational zooms, an epic Annual conference and have a team of training and performance specialist.
