About the Business

This is a well established landscape gardening business operating in the Peel (Mandurah) region for 10 years and has a strong client base due to the quality of service and excellent reputation. There is a genuine reason for selling the business.

We currently operate as a two person team with potential to expand as we are turning away new customers with current demand. We currently have commercial contracts as well as many residential clients. We are often fully booked for a month in advance.

Equipment: 2013 ute with an 8×5 hydraulic tipping trailer and a huge range of equipment to cater for the diverse jobs we perform. A list of equipment is available on request.

Rather than limit ourselves to just maintaining gardens, the business was established to offer a complete garden service to clients, so we:

• Design and install new landscapes and gardens

• Design, install and repair reticulation systems

• Maintain gardens of both commercial and residential properties

• Spray pesticides (business has a WA Health Dept Licence)

Many clients are repeat and regular customers, however, with a website and social media platforms, we are constantly receiving new inquiries from prospective clients. The offer includes current telephone number, website and social media platforms to continue the business with a large number of existing clients built up over several years.
