WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BUY A JIM'S CLEANING FRANCHISE?
- An ABN (business name registered with ASIC). You can set it up online or we can help you.
- A police clearance check (certificate). You can apply online. We can help you.
- A valid driver's licence and your own a reliable vehicle (signage included in start-up package).
- Money to pay the deposit. You only need to pay the balance after training and cooling off period. This gives you time to think and consider all options.

Its a strong and well-known brand and logo. Google Adwords, social media, online directories and clearly signed vehicles. Our Jim's Logo has 96% recognition with the Australian public and the demand for our services continues to grow. Training provided
Training includes:
- 5 days franchise induction in Melbourne (flights & accommodation included). Meet Jim Penman in person! Meet the founder of Jim's Cleaning, Haydar Hussein and CEO, Ali Olmez. Learn about a Jim's franchise business, our cleaning modules and do a first aid course.
- 5 days of practical training on the road (talking to clients, quoting & jobs) and in the office (scheduling & bookkeeping).
- Ongoing training and support provided. Meet the local franchisees at our monthly meetings.
- Feel free to ask any questions!
Skills
Jim's Cleaning is not age, gender or qualifications specific! To be a successful owner operator, great employer and master at client services, you need to have high value for your clients as well as your own worth, have good work ethic, see detail, be punctual with good communication skills.
Some choose to do additional training in specialty areas such as forensic and trauma cleaning, others expand by adding another division such as carpet cleaning, pressure cleaning & windows, laundry, blinds or car detailing.
Length of Agreement
Our franchise agreements are for a 20-year period which is renewable at no added cost. At any time franchise owners can choose to sell the business (called a resale) or sell a part of it (called a split sale) and get some extra bulk cash in the pocket (eg holiday or buy a caravan).
