Training provided
Exclusive 5 day Jim's Group training is provided in Melbourne National Headquarters. We will teach and show you our systems and software. You will also get to meet Jim Penman and he will explain how he started - you will get to meet our CEO and other franchisees & franchisors in the group.
Upon completing Induction Training, we will train you for a further 3 days in our purpose built workshop on practical services offered by our Franchisees. This is a great opportunity to understand professional detailing/grooming!
Skills
Jim's Car Detailing is looking for Franchisees with the following attributes:
• Great communicator.
• Self motivated.
• Honest, punctual & reliable.
• Great work ethic.
• You must be able to pass a National Police Clearance.
• Being a little OCD about cleaning will benefit you greatly in this industry!
No previous business or cleaning experience required - Comprehensive Jim's Cleaning Group Training Provided!
Length of Agreement
All our franchises come with a 20 Year Agreement. You will also have the option to extend your agreement for further 20 years at the end of your contract. Within the 20 year period - you have the option to sell your business at anytime.

Jim Penman sold his first mowing franchise in 1989 and the rest, as they say, is history.
