Established registered NDIS provider operating in Greater Sydney, NSW, with approximately six years of continuous trading history. The business delivers a broad scope of supports including Supported Independent Living, Specialist Disability Accommodation, daily personal activities (including high intensity), community participation, group activities, support coordination and behaviour support implementation.

Scale & Performance

36 active participants (including 9 SIL participants) supported by an active workforce of around 80 staff. FY26 year to date revenue is approximately $9.5M with annualised income tracking near $10.36M and annualised net profit near $1.34M. Annualised participant billings based on the current active schedule sit at approximately $7.65M.

Service & Funding Mix

Revenue is diversified across NDIA managed, plan managed and self managed participants, with no single funding channel concentration. The SIL and SDA service lines underpin recurring, plan funded income. The business operates a portfolio of leased SIL and residential properties across South Western Sydney, alongside a head office and day program premises.

Compliance

Clean renewal Stage 2 certification audit completed in December 2024 with nil non conformities identified. Full NDIS registration scope across SIL, SDA, high intensity daily personal activities, community participation, support coordination and behaviour support.

Sale Structure

The business is being offered as a Business Asset Sale via a Deed of Company Arrangement. A Deed Administrator is overseeing the process and a fast settlement is required.

Buyer Qualification

Strict approval process applies. Confidentiality Agreements will be reviewed and must be approved by the vendor and Deed Administrator before any information is released. Only qualified, registered and operational NDIS providers with demonstrable industry experience and the capacity to absorb the business as an asset sale on an accelerated timeline will be considered. Entities that are not currently operational or that cannot evidence existing NDIS registration and operating capability will not progress.
