Expressions of Interest are invited for the acquisition of the business and/or assets of the company (Administrators Appointed).
The business is a Melbourne-based technology services provider established in 2015. It serves enterprise, government and commercial customers across Australia. Its services are:
- IT Procurement (software and hardware)
- Managed Services
- Technical Consulting
- Network Infrastructure Management
- Cybersecurity
- Project Delivery
- Cloud-Based Solutions
As well as procurement and project income, the business earns monthly recurring income from Managed & Private Cloud Services and Voice & WAN Services. Several of these contracts run into 2027–2029. Income for FY2026 was approx. $7.49 million (excl GST).
The Administrators are continuing to trade the business.
Assets for sale:
- Company name.
- Customer base of approx. 25 private enterprise, government and commercial customers across Australia.
- Recurring Managed & Private Cloud and Voice & WAN income of approx. $195,835 per month (excl GST).
- Leased CBD premises of approx. 799 sqm in Melbourne, with a possible option to assign the lease.
- Domain names (.com.au and .com), with website content.
- LinkedIn company page with 2,265 followers.
The Administrators will consider an EOI for the business as a going concern or a proposal by way of a Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA). The assets are sold on an “as is, where is” basis without warranties. The expectation will be for settlement to occur soon after Offer acceptance.
