As a Dovida agent your role is focused on growth. You will guide families through care decisions, establish strategic referral partnerships across healthcare and community networks, and drive client growth. Your local Dovida office will deliver and manage the care services allowing you to concentrate on your strengths in becoming the trusted aged care specialist in your community.
This is not employment and it is not a franchise. It is an independent partnership that will see you receive a commission on every hour of care services on every new client you introduce to Dovida. This commission-based revenue recurs for the time the client continues services with Dovida providing strong scalability and earning potential.
You will receive comprehensive onboarding, structured first 90-day performance support, CRM access (Salesforce), territory mapping, business analytics and proven sales methodology, including specialised live-in care training. You are building your own business, supported by a global home care organisation with established infrastructure.
We are seeking experienced sales or business development professionals with strong local networks, commercial maturity, entrepreneurial resilience and the financial capacity to invest and sustain the initial ramp-up. Experience in aged care is not necessary (we’ll teach you that) and the minimum commitment is three full business days per week in the early stages eventually converting to full-time equivalent hours within the first 12 months.
