There is no need to navigate the process of securing a site, designing and building a restaurant or launching a completely new venue.
The opportunity is ideally suited to a hands-on owner-operator who can bring strong leadership, local engagement and commercial focus to the business. With the foundations already in place, your focus can be on leading the team, driving performance and continuing to grow the venue within the Gladstone community.
As a Franchise Partner, you’ll complete Burger Urge’s comprehensive training program and receive ongoing support across operations, marketing, finance and performance.

Marketing support
Marketing contributions from all Franchise Partners fund national brand building and promotional campaigns, including brand marketing, local area marketing support, point-of-purchase materials, integrated campaigns, PR and new product innovation. Franchise Partners can also apply marketing contributions to approved Local Area Marketing initiatives, including sporting club sponsorships, out-of-home advertising and targeted digital offers.
Training provided
Prior to opening, Franchise Partners complete our comprehensive 8-week Management Training Program, designed to prepare you for every aspect of business ownership. Training covers Burger Urge systems and procedures, restaurant operations, food safety, people leadership, financial management, compliance and local marketing, providing the practical skills, knowledge and confidence to lead your venue from day one.
Skills
Previous food industry experience is not essential. What matters is a full-time commitment to actively lead and grow your Burger Urge business. We’re looking for hands-on, accountable operators with strong people skills, commercial awareness and a drive to succeed. Our operations team provides ongoing training, coaching and performance support to help you lead your team, maintain standards, manage financial performance and continuously improve your business.
