The Source Bulk Foods was born over a decade ago and, together with our Franchise Partners, we have been bringing healthy wholefoods and delicious produce to Australians across the country. Our business is both financially and environmentally sustainable.

The customer experience at a The Source Bulk Foods store is very different to other grocery stores and hard for them to replicate. When customers visit, they get to scoop delicious chocolates, nuts, grains and pantry staples directly from our display bins. They can pour their own honey and oils and even make their own fresh nut butter from our mills. We encourage them to bring their own containers to fill in store and they get to take their items home without the need for single-use plastic. This is what gives us our unique selling point and keeps our customers coming back.

Our long rows of white display bins, with their transparent lids and shiny silver scoops, are filled with carefully selected products that pass our ethical, environmental and, of course, taste tests.  Customers can easily see what would normally be hidden behind single-use packaging and can trust that we’ve made good decisions in our procurement process so that they don’t have to, but we don’t stop there. We go above and beyond what is required by labelling legislation to give our customers comprehensive information about each product we range to help them choose healthy food to suit their family.

We offer a very successful loyalty program and database that allows us to communicate with our regular customers, offering them great deals, product information and recipes or letting them be the first to know about new products that have just arrived in store. Our experienced Marketing Team supports stores in their own local area marketing activities and implements promotions and successful national campaigns to build brand awareness and maximise store sales.
