Shine To Prosper is a Sydney-based online business in personal growth and leadership education. We work in partnership with an established international leader in the sector, with more than 20 years' experience across over 100 markets and award-winning programmes.

Founded by Caroline Hope Light, a former C-suite executive, consultant and board member across three continents, we help professionals build independent businesses doing work that lights them up.

The programmes are already created: online courses and live events from an internationally recognised, award-winning company. There's no stock, no premises and no need to reinvent the wheel. Your role is to connect the right people with work that can transform their lives, and to keep growing yourself along the way.

You'll have established systems, digital tools and an AI-powered sales process behind you, so your time goes to people rather than paperwork. Comprehensive online training, live business sessions and one-to-one mentoring, with direct access to experienced leaders, including Caroline, are built in from day one. You'll also join an uplifting international team of independent business owners.

It suits experienced professionals, leaders, coaches and educators who love learning and value freedom, flexibility and meaningful work. You can start alongside existing work, from 10 hours a week. No experience in the industry is needed, just curiosity and commitment.
