Welcome to Real Property Photography! Since 2013, we've been on a mission to empower real estate professionals across Australia and New Zealand with fast, affordable and professional visual marketing services.

Whilst we're often the creatives behind the beautiful photos, floor plans and videos that you come across when searching for property, the heart of our network is powered by a group of passionate and dedicated Franchise owners.

Why us

Real Property Photography was founded by photography enthusiast Nik Leigh back in 2013 after discovering that there was a clear gap in the market for fast, affordable and professional visuals for residential and commercial estate agents.

After testing and systemising the model, Nik Leigh began franchising in 2014, determined to partner with like-minded photography enthusiasts looking to turn their passion into their very own rewarding business. As of 2021, Real Property Photography now operates across 21 locations across Australia & New Zealand.

1. Register your interest through Seek Business.

2. Our CEO & Founder Nik Leigh will be in contact to organise a telephone conversation. This is a great chance for you to ask questions and chat one-to-one with the founder of the business.

3. If successful, a copy of our Franchise Documents Package, including the Disclosure Document & Franchise Agreement, will be sent to you. At this stage, a $1,000 fully refundable deposit will be required.

4. We will schedule in with you a Zoom call. This is the perfect opportunity to get to know the RPP leadership team and a chance for us to get to know you.

5. Time to experience a real life shoot! Jump behind the camera on a shoot with someone from our head office photography team on a booking with our head office photography team.

6. One last interview, either face-to-face or electronically over zoom to ensure that both parties are feeling comfortable, excited and ready to move forward. This is where we close formalities.

7. Now that formalities are complete, it is time to book you in for your five day training session in your own territory (yes, we come to you) - no travel required!

8. You're now rolling up the sleeves, getting behind the camera and all goals lead towards one things; launching your Real Property Photography business.
