As a Rashays franchisee, you’ll receive extensive training, including initial classroom and in-store training. We provide continuous support in areas like operations, marketing, supply chain management, and customer service. You’ll also have access to our dedicated franchise support team for any questions or issues that arise.
4. How long does it take to open the franchise?
The process of opening a Rashays franchise typically takes between 6 to 9 months, depending on the negotiation of the lease, location approval, site preparation, and training. We’ll work closely with you throughout the entire process to ensure a smooth launch.

You’ll undergo a comprehensive training program that includes on-the-job training at an existing Rashays location. Our training program covers all aspects of operations, from food preparation to customer service and financial management. You’ll also have ongoing support from our operations, marketing, leasing and IT teams!
11. What are the franchisor’s expectations for franchisee involvement?
We expect franchisees to be hands-on and actively involved in the day-to-day operations of their locations. This includes overseeing staffing, customer service, and maintaining brand standards. While some administrative tasks can be delegated, franchisee involvement is key to ensuring the success of the business.
12. Can I resell or transfer my franchise?
