Why us

LEVERAGING TECHNOLOGY TO KEEP YOU ON THE ROAD:

  • Contactless Delivery: With the demand for contactless deliveries escalating during the COVID-19 pandemic, we've developed and implemented an innovative photographic proof of delivery (POD) system that replaces signatures
  • Track and Trace: Ontime vehicles are fitted with 'Ontime Earth' GPS tracking technology so you always know where your driver is, from pick up to drop off
  • PDA: We know up-to-the-second information is vital for you and your clients, so every Ontime contractor carries a handheld device that enables them to capture data about every aspect of each delivery.
  1. Inquiry & Initial Screening: Prospective franchisees submit interest, followed by an introductory call to review basic qualifications, financial capabilities, and brand fit.
  2. Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) Review: The franchisor provides the FDD, which must be reviewed by the candidate, often triggering a mandatory waiting period before any fees are paid or contracts signed.
  3. Due Diligence & Validation: Prospects research the brand, talk to existing franchisees (validation), and review financial performance representations.
  4. Discovery Day: A crucial step where candidates visit the corporate headquarters to meet the leadership team, tour facilities, and confirm the partnership.
  5. Approval & Financing: The franchisor approves the candidate, and final financing arrangements for franchise fees and working capital are secured.
  6. Execution & Training: The final franchise agreement is signed, fees are paid, and the new franchisee begins training to launch the business
