Huxtaburger launched their first restaurant in Collingwood, VIC in late 2011 off the back of the successful, one hatted restaurant, Huxtable. Over the past 12 years, the business has successfully grown to a national footprint in Victoria, Western Australia and New South Wales

In 2022, Huxtaburger joined forces with Australia’s fastest growing multi-brand and online ordering program, Concept Eight Rewards. Concept Eight has HUGE plans for Huxtaburger, with eyes set on the rest of the country for restaurant openings in the near future.
