The pathway to becoming a Home Instead Business Partner is at your own pace and generally follows this process:

1. Make an initial inquiry directly with the Director of Corporate

2. Sign an Expression of Interest and Confidentiality Agreement

3. A number of meetings will be held (both online and in person) to explore the opportunity and your fit as a Business Partner.  This includes learning more about Home Instead, financial modelling, business partner contract and territory selection.

4. Visit us for a "Discovery Day" in our  Auckland office

5. Contract signing
