History
City Cave Float & Wellness Centre was developed by Tim Butters and Jeremy Hassell, both are experienced business owners with backgrounds in the building industry, wholesale and retail. They always had an interest in health and wellness and believed there should be an alternative to float pods and they developed the float pools that we use in our centres today!

Tim and Jeremy are passionate about wellness and believe the three pillars of our business float therapy, infrared sauna and massage are key to maintaining wellbeing
Our founders strongly believe the values of Empathy, Collaboration, Abundance and Balance are key perspectives to take when being part of the City Cave network. These values underpin everything we do.

Marketing support
We provide full support and training across the entire range of marketing opportunities, including a comprehensive suite of opening offers to get your centre off to a great start. Our franchisees are provided state of the art digital platforms with print and digital assets They receive full training and support to market their own centre. Your success is our success, so we provide all the marketing tools, resources and services to assist you wherever you need it.

Training provided
Our franchisees receive a complete induction program which includes a week of face to face training, activities and time to network with our other like minded franchisees. One on one time in your centre and ongoing online training opportunities with 50 hours of City Cave dedicated topics and hundreds of other topics to educate our centre teams.
We want you to hit the ground running as soon as you're open!
In addition to monthly KPI meetings, and regular POD network meetings you have access to your open Performance Coach to support you and your centres performance!

Skills/ What we look for in a Franchise partner
Many of our franchisees were guests of our City Cave Float and Wellness Centres and are passionate about health and wellness. However a specific skill set is not required to be successful in this business. A desire to provide your community with an opportunity for self care, relaxation and rejuvenation is key.
We do consider highly previous business, people management experience and importantly an interest in health, fitness, nutrition and allied health therapies.
What unifies our network is a desire to give back to our communities and passion to share wellness solutions.
