Zambrero is a stable quintessentail Western Australian Mexican Quick Service Restaurant ( QSR ) serving healthy take away fast food . The brand is particularly popular with intenationals , the youger generation especailly females , and the vegetarian and vegan community . This is a growing segent in the QSR fast food industry and in demand .
Starting in 2011 in Perth and after the Area Developer was apponted and took control in 2013 it quickly grew to 35 stores by the end of 2018. Today there are 55 Zambrero Stores in Western Australia and 350 Nationally . The Brand has now expanded interantionally to Ireland, England , Scotland , New Zealand and USA .
History
Zanbrero Willetton was originally a Chicken Treat Store that was closed at the time the brand was aquired by Red Rooster . In 2014 the store was converted into a Zambrero Drive Thru the second Drive thru Zambrero in Australia .
