Established 13 years ago, the business began from very modest beginnings, with a simple 12-word newspaper advertisement. Within just 2½ years of advertising across two online platforms, the business had secured all the work required to operate at capacity. From that point forward, word-of-mouth referrals became the primary source of new business, eliminating the need for ongoing advertising.
The business has built a highly respected and loyal client base, including a number of prestigious clients who have regularly recommended the business to their family, friends and professional networks.
